Q. What happened to the Frogskin apparel that was part of your Kickstarter?

A. It’s no longer available for a number of reasons, explained in the blog here, but has now fortunately been replaced by a very worthy equivalent product.

Q. What does the coffee actually do for the apparel. It’s just a gimmick, right?

A. It does indeed sound like a gimmick, but in fact it’s so much more. You can read about the science behind it here, and testimonials from our elite and professional test athletes here.

Q. Are your products Vegan friendly?

A. YES! Very much so. We try to tread as lightly on the earth as possible here at OORR. Everything we produce is 100% vegan, as is our founder Tim.

Q. What’s your returns policy?

A. You can return any product you receive from OORR within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and unwashed. For more information, please visit the returns section of the website.

Q. I do not like the product I ordered, what can I do?

A. If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please visit our returns section for more information on how to return a product.
